Adaptive pull-up coach

Your first pull-up has a date.

Start at zero. PullUp Master builds a plan around what you can do today — dead hangs, negatives, band-assisted reps — and rewrites it after every session until the bar stops winning.

A plan that listens

Rate it.
It rewrites.

After each exercise you tap how it felt. That's all the plan needs to decide your next session — so it gets harder exactly when you're ready, and backs off before you stall.

  • Progresses on a streak, not a whim

Back-to-back easy sessions add volume. Back-to-back hard ones take it away.

  • Pain is a stop sign

Flag shoulder or elbow pain and that movement is swapped for a friendlier one while the session lightens.

  • Retests move you up

Test days measure your true max and place you on the right block — no guessing when to level up.

Nothing else.

Progress you can actually see

Max pull-ups, best dead hang, negatives done, reps per session — and a live estimate of how many weeks your next goal is away. Your Sunday recap tells you whether the work moved the date.

FAQ

Before you
hang.

Something else? Ask us.

Can I start if I can't do a single pull-up?

Yes — that's exactly who the Foundation block is for. You start with dead hangs, scapular pulls, slow negatives, Australian rows and band-assisted reps, which build the specific strength your first pull-up needs.

What equipment do I need?

A bar you can hang from — a doorway bar, a park, or the gym. A resistance band helps for assisted reps, and every exercise has an alternative if you don't have one.

How long until my first pull-up?

It depends on where you start. After onboarding the app estimates how many weeks your first rep is away, and the estimate updates as you train — your weekly recap tells you whether it moved.

I can already do a few. Is it still for me?

Yes. Onboarding places you on the right block — First reps, Volume, Advanced, Weighted or the Muscle-up path — so you never repeat what you've already mastered.

Do I need an account?

No. You can train without an account and your data stays on your device. Create one with Email, Google or Apple only if you want your history backed up and synced.

Which languages does the app support?

The app is available in more than 30 languages, including English, German, Turkish, Spanish and French.

Is there an Android version?

PullUp Master is available on iPhone and Apple Watch today. Android is in the works.

Is this medical advice?

No. PullUp Master is a training tool. Train within your ability, flag pain when it shows up, and see a professional if it persists.

Start at zero.
Finish over the bar.

Your plan is waiting. It takes about a minute to build.
